We also provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Products arrive damaged (reported within 30 days of delivery)
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Items are missing from your order
  • Your order is delayed beyond our shipping timeframes

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we require photo or video evidence to review and approve the request.

If your order has no tracking updates, or is marked in transit, pending, or expired for more than 60 days from the original shipping date, we will offer a refund or a free replacement at our expense.
